What happens to my booking?
We are cancelling all upcoming bookings, such as parties, general admission, and events (ie. School Holiday Camp). For classes and memberships, see below.
Will I get a refund?
Of course. As of Friday 27th, we will be processing refunds. Refunds may take up to 7 days. We appreciate your patience.
Please note, if you have paid cash in-store for an upcoming booking, we will contact you directly.

What happens to my membership?
We are pausing all memberships effective immediately. That means all direct debit payments will be stopped. We ask that you refrain from calling us as our Phone Staff are not available during our temporary closure. Once we have greater clarity about this evolving situation, we will contact you about un-pausing/resuming your membership. We love having you as members and can't wait to see you back at Hangdog in the future.
I have paid for Learn-To classes this term. What happens to my remaining two weeks?
We will happily transfer the credit of the remaining two weeks of Learn-to Classes to Term 2 or 3 depending when we are permitted to re-open. This will entitle you to a discount when booking your next Term of Classes.
What happens if my gift card expires during your closure?
Rest assured, all gift voucher expiry dates will be extended and honoured when we re-open.
